Theo was exceptional. He actually called ahead to let me know when he was on his way. He was polite, professional and respectful of my home. When he arrived he went right to work, and now my central air unit is perfect. I would highly recommend their services.

Charles did a great job of helping us out with an AC compressor problem. The unit was not able to be fixed, but he was very helpful and efficient and low cost to make the diagnosis.

Theo was wonderful with the diagnostics. Despite needing a new furnace he gave me comparisons of the price and the warranty included. I did not feel swindled and the moment I paid the deposit he came next day to install the new furnace.

UPDATE: 2/19/2024: Another fantastic service visit. This time I had the pleasure of working with Charles. He came in to complete my annual furnace check ✅. System is operating like it's suppose to. 👍🏾. Another one for the books 📚 🐯 Air UPDATE: 9/24/2022: Had a cold snap come through. Decided to test the new furnace out. New system operated as expected.👌🏾 Update: 9/1/2022: Had a new system installed. Thus far it runs great. AC is nice!! Waiting till the temps drop so I can run 🔥. Update: 8/15/2022: Called Tiger Air back in April for an estimate to have new HVAC system installed later in the Summer. Theo came out, provided me an estimate. Today Theo came out to complete the paperwork for next week's scheduled installation. Both Phil and Theo are superb! Even after several months, they honored the quote they gave me in April.This is definitely a company I will continue doing business with for years to come. Will provide another update after installation is complete.

Tiger Air was wonderful, very courteous. Theo was knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I could weigh my options. The pricing was great too. The installers were great, on time, finished the job timely and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call them back in Spring to install a new air conditioner. I had the package deal of the Furnace Cleaning / check ductwork cleaning done. Very satisfied. 10 times better than the last time I had the duck work done with a different company. Tiger air had them *completely* cleaned out! Showed video to prove it was cleaned out & went the extra mile when I told them the last company I used left junk in the duct work.

Dan the technician was wonderful, very nice, very informative, and honest. He told me exactly when i would need more work and how to go about it.
