Section 1. Introduction; Guarantee. A A Astro Service, LLC, dba Tiger Air, an Ohio limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing our customers with the best value for their purchases. Our Lowest Price Guarantee (“Guarantee”) ensures that if you find a lower price for identical equipment from a competing installer within 30 days of your estimate, we will pay you Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) (the “Guarantee Amount”).

Section 2. Eligibility. This Guarantee is available to customers who have made a purchase from the Company either directly or through an authorized retailer. A valid proof of purchase from us is required to claim the Guarantee.

Section 3. Guarantee Period. The Guarantee is applicable for 30 days following the date of your original estimate from us (“Guarantee Period”). Claims must be made within this period to be eligible.

Section 4. Price Matching Criteria. To qualify for our Lowest Price Guarantee, the lower price must meet the following criteria:

4.1. The lower price is for identical equipment, including, model, size, features, including, but not limited to, capacity in BTUs, tonnage, and SEER rating, warranty, and installed using the patented Aeroseal, LLC processes for sealing air ducts in homes (the “Aero Seal Duct Sealing Process”).

4.2. All competitor estimates must include the same items included in our estimate.

4.3. All estimates must be provided by a HVAC contractor licensed in the State of Ohio who would be installing the equipment.

4.4. The equipment is in stock and available for purchase from an authorized Aero Seal installerlocated in Ohio.

4.5. The Aero Seal Duct Sealing Process must be performed by the contractor installing your new equipment. For the sake of clarity, the Aero Seal Duct Sealing Process cannot be performed by a company other than the installing company or contractor.

4.6. The lower price is verifiable by our team, including any taxes and shipping costs.

4.7. The lower price is not the result of a clearance, liquidation sale, or a pricing error.

4.8. You must purchase the equipment from us.

Section 5. Process for Claiming the Guarantee. To claim under the Guarantee, please:

5.1. Contact our customer service team within the Guarantee Period at [440-842-8227].

5.2. Provide your original estimate and evidence of the lower price, including the name of the Ohio Licensed installer and its estimate for the installation.

5.3. Allow our team to verify the lower price according to our criteria.

Section 6. Payment of Guarantee. If your lower price claim is verified by us, we will pay you the Guarantee Amount of $500.00 or by deducting it from the amounts you paid to us to install the equipment. If the actual cost to install the equipment is less than the Guarantee Amount, we will pay you the difference.

Section 7. Exclusions. This Guarantee does not apply to:

7.1. Prices from auction sites, discount outlets, or unauthorized retailers or installers.

7.2. Prices from services that require membership fees.

7.3. Prices from promotions involving rebates, coupons, or special offers not offered to the general public.

7.4. Open-box, refurbished, or pre-owned equipment.

Section 8. Modification or Cancellation. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or discontinue this Guarantee at any time without prior notice. However, any modification or cancellation will not affect claims submitted prior to such changes.

Section 9. Governing Law. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
